Hafa Adai! Welcome to the Judiciary of Guam’s online payment service. This site allows you access to make payments online toward your traffic citations and fines and fees for DUI criminal case obligations.

Please make sure you have read the instructions and disclaimer notice on the Judiciary of Guam’s main web site at http://www.guamcourts.gov.

Payment in full of fines and costs are required. No partial payments will be accepted.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND FEES:
Transactions can only be processed by using a credit or debit card with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Be advised that a 2.75% credit card fee and a $5.95 convenience fee is added to all payments. For monthly installments, a 2.75% credit card fee and a $2.95 convenience fee are added to each payment. Payment in full of fines and costs is required.
ONLINE TRAFFIC CITATION PAYMENT:
- Do NOT use this site if you contest the violation.
- By paying in full you AGREE to the terms and disclaimer for the Traffic Violations Bureau and plead guilty to the offense(s) as charged in the citation.
- Do NOT use this site if you are unable to make the full payment.
- Do NOT use this site if you are not the person named on the citation or authorized by the person named on the citation.
- The citation number is located at the top right hand corner of the citation.
- Please contact the Traffic Violations Bureau at the numbers provided in the Contact Information if you are unable to access your traffic citation online.
- Unattended Parking citations are assessed to the registered owner of the vehicle.
You must appear in person to pay any of the following citations:
- Accident related
- Reckless Driving
- Third Repeated Violation within twelve (12) months
- Violator under the age of eighteen (18) (must appear with a Parent or Guardian)
- Violator pleading not guilty to the violation
- Violations classified as a misdemeanor or felony
If you have any questions regarding the payment process, please contact the respective division for which you are making payment. The Judiciary of Guam reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the online payment service including fees at any time without notice.
