Hafa Adai! Welcome to the Judiciary of Guam’s online payment service. This site allows you access to make payments online.
You may use this system for the following:
- To pay and close your traffic and non-traffic citations. Do not use this site if you wish to contest your citation. To make an online payment, the last name of the person who received the traffic citation is required. For unattended parking citations, the last name of the registered owner may be required.
- To make a case payment for court-ordered fines and fees.
- To pay various other fees, including, but not limited to, court and traffic clearance fees, certificates of good standing, and Special Process Server registration.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND FEES:
Transactions can only be processed by using a credit or debit card with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Be advised that a 2.75% credit card fee and a $5.95 convenience fee is added to all payments. For monthly installments, a 2.75% credit card fee and a $2.95 convenience fee are added to each payment. Payment in full of fines and costs is required, no partial payments accepted.
